Dyson launched its quarterly publication, on: to speak directly to customers. Created for English-speaking demo stores worldwide, it was built to engage a broad audience and spark curiosity.

We combined simplified infographics and conceptual art direction, to long form reads and stylised illustrations. Using thought-provoking visuals that worked on two levels: quantifying the scale of the problem and inviting readers to see it differently. We also introduced documentary photography to add a human perspective, imagery not typically associated with a Dyson publication, carefully curated to amplify the words.

In the issue 'on:Breathe' Dyson we examined the impact of air pollution on our health and environment, echoing Sir James Dysons three-decade campaign to clean up our air. The data led the design, so we stripped back anything unnecessary, prioritising clarity while retaining the iconic Dyson aesthetic. 'on:Breathe' reached over 300k people online and was distributed around the world.
